Why three networks matters

Real Timorese households carry SIMs from more than one carrier.

Travel to the coast and you’ll often find one network’s signal stronger than the others. Many families keep a dual-SIM phone, or hand around an older feature phone on a different carrier so grandma can always be reached. SOTCoin treats all three carriers as equals so you don’t have to switch apps, hunt for kiosks, or remember which scratch card was for which SIM.

Common questions

How fast does the top-up arrive?
Usually within a few seconds. If the carrier delays delivery, your balance is held until they confirm, so no money is ever lost in transit.
Can I top up a number that isn't mine?
Yes. Any Timor Telecom, Telkomcel, or Telemor number works — perfect for sending credit to family, employees, or a friend in a tight spot.
What if the top-up fails?
If the carrier rejects the request, the amount returns to your SOTCoin balance automatically and you get a notification.
Is there a daily reload limit?
A safety cap exists to protect your account from abuse. Most people never come close to it, but you can review your limit under Settings.

Never run out of credit again.
