Usually within a few seconds. If the carrier delays delivery, your balance is held until they confirm, so no money is ever lost in transit.
Can I top up a number that isn't mine?
Yes. Any Timor Telecom, Telkomcel, or Telemor number works — perfect for sending credit to family, employees, or a friend in a tight spot.
What if the top-up fails?
If the carrier rejects the request, the amount returns to your SOTCoin balance automatically and you get a notification.
Is there a daily reload limit?
