One wallet for the people you trust most

Bundle parents, partners, and kids into a shared group. Share a pool, or give each member their own balance with rules you set.

Built for households

Two ways to organise your group

Shared wallet mode

Everyone draws from one balance. Best for couples and households with combined finances.

Individual wallet mode

Each member keeps their own balance under the same umbrella. Great for teens learning to budget.

Per-member limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps that reset automatically. Tweak them whenever life changes.

Parent override

Approve, top up, or pause any member’s spending from your own device, in real time.

One family feed

See every transaction across the group in one timeline so nothing slips through.

Free in-group transfers

Move money between family members in seconds, with no fee on either side.

A real-world example

Two parents, two teenagers, one wallet that keeps the peace.

Imagine a parent pays the household bills from the shared pot, while two teenagers each get their own balance with a weekly allowance. Bus fares come out of their balance. School-trip money lands in the shared pot. When the teen wants to buy a new pair of shoes, the parent approves a one-off top-up from their phone. No cash in envelopes, no awkward IOUs, no fights about who paid for what.
How it works

Set up a group in three steps

  1. Create your group

Pick a name and choose shared or individual wallet mode.
  2. Invite family

Add members by phone number or SOTCoin handle.
  3. Set the rules

Decide who spends what, when, and where. Tweak the rules whenever you need.

Common questions

Can children have their own SOTCoin account?
Yes. Parents create supervised accounts for younger members and manage them from the family dashboard, including spending controls and instant top-ups.
What happens if someone tries to overspend?
Caps are enforced in real time. If a payment would push a member over their limit, it’s declined cleanly before any money moves.
Can I switch from shared to individual later?
Yes. Change modes from group settings whenever your family setup evolves. Balances and history are preserved.
How many members can a group have?
Most households work best with up to eight. If you need a larger arrangement, get in touch and we’ll help you set it up.

One wallet your whole family can trust.

Flexible enough for you, safe enough for them.
