We're putting our community standards, partner expectations, and reporting mechanisms into a single public document. Publication is scheduled for Q3 2026.
Our Code of Conduct will set out the standards we hold ourselves to as a team, what we expect from merchants and partners on the network, and how we deal with breaches. It will cover everyday community standards, partner conduct, and the reporting mechanisms anyone can use when something goes wrong — including a public path of accountability.
