Where to find us
We're based in Dili, Timor-Leste.
Our office is in Dili. Because we host most meetings remotely or at partner sites, the exact office address is available on request — drop us a note and we’ll share it.
We aim to respond to every email within one business day in Dili time (UTC+9). In-app chat is generally faster for live wallet questions, and our support team works extended hours during high-traffic periods. If your message is urgent and time-sensitive, mention that in the subject line and we’ll prioritise it.
