One dashboard for every wallet in your household

The parent dashboard is the control surface for every child and teen wallet in your family. You will set limits once, schedule allowances on the days that work for your household, and check activity at a glance without leaving the SOTCoin app you already use. We are designing it for everyday use, not for fiddling. The default view is a calm summary: each child’s name, their current balance, and any recent activity that needs your attention. From there you can drill into a specific wallet to see a full history, adjust a limit, pause an allowance, or top up a savings goal. The dashboard works hand in hand with Family Groups, which is live today, so every member you have already added carries over into the dashboard the day it opens. We are also planning a household ledger view that summarises allowances, transfers, and any parental matching across the month, so you have a clear record for your own books. Approvals stay close at hand: when a child wants a higher limit, asks to add a new merchant, or hits a savings target, you see the request in the same dashboard and can approve, decline, or adjust without switching screens. Two parents or guardians can share access to the same dashboard, with each able to act on the family’s wallets without handing a single login back and forth. The goal is a dashboard that respects your time and stays out of your way until you need it, while keeping every lever a parent might want one tap away.
