Can I keep my number?
New eSIM plans come with a new number. Number porting is something we’re exploring with Timor Telecom directly.
What happens if activation fails?
If the LPA QR fails to provision, your purchase is refunded to your SOTCoin balance automatically and our team can re-issue the line.
